Honored to be included in this initiative by SURF! 🆒 The Dutch cooperative SURF is developing a support framework for digital commons, backed by SIDN fonds, to help institutions adopt open source collaboration tools like Nextcloud Hub. Why does this matter? Because despite growing interest, the leap to open source is still difficult for many, weighed down by outdated myths: ❌ “It’s not secure.” ❌ “It’s unreliable.” ❌ “It’s hard to use.” But these statements are wrong. And SURF is here to prove it.
